Arthur
F.Schneiderman (Senior Partner of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati)
Arthur F. Schneiderman has participated in representing and financing
start-up companies in Silicon Valley since 1969 and has been with
Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as a partner since 1979. He specializes
in corporate and securities law, with a broad range of experience
in representing the entire spectrum of emerging growth companies,
from start-ups through large, growing public companies.
He has extensive experience in venture capital financing, mergers
and acquisitions, public offerings, strategic partner relationships,
tender offers, public company SEC reporting, contracts and licensing,
executive compensation and similar matters. Companies that Art has
been involved with from their earliest stages include Cirrus Logic,
Inc., Centillium Communications, Quantum Corporation, Linear Technology
Corporation, Silicon Graphics, Inc., Geoworks, CyberMedia, Inc, Wink
Communications, and Sagent Technology, Inc.
He also serves as a board member of Schools Online and a director
of the Global Catalyst Foundation. Art received his undergraduate
degree from Beloit College, Beloit, Wisconsin, and his J.D. from the
University of Wisconsin Law School in 1967.
