Description
Actelis
Networks is the first company to radically boost the speed, range,
and reliability of copper local loop facilities to achieve fiber
performance and quality. Actelis is pioneering a new era of broadband
transport that enables local carriers and service providers to rapidly
deliver high-speed, high-value services over existing copper assets.
Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Silicon Valley, Actelis has
sales offices in Atlanta and Washington D.C. with an advanced telecommunications
research and development center in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Actelis Networks helps carriers and service providers solve the
bandwidth bottleneck with an emphasis on speed to market provisioning.
Industry analysts predict that by the decade's end over 60 percent
of U.S. businesses (over 10 million) still won't be fiber fed. The
deployment outlook is even less optimistic in suburban and rural
areas where there are few financial incentives to trench fiber.
At the same time demand for bandwidth is increasing exponentially.
This creates a critical need for delivering reliable, high-speed
transport alternatives to the local loop and the final remote mile.
