Extensity
is fighting the propensity of paper to pile up. The company's Internet-based
Extensity Connect software suite helps businesses speed up the expense
approval and reimbursement process by digitizing the paper trail
generated from expense reporting, office supplies procurement, and
billable time management. The suite integrates with customers' existing
enterprise applications and can be accessed from networked and mobile
PCs as well as handheld devices, including cellular phones. Extensity
has licensed its products to companies such as Cisco Systems, Office
Depot, and A.T. Kearney. The company also offers services such as
implementation, training, and maintenance, which account for more
than 40% of sales.
