IQ Labs is a privately held company, located in Silicon Valley. Founded by Farzad Naimi, co-founder of Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, which went public in 1997, recently acquired by Alcatel for $1.5B.

IQ Labs is the market leader in providing a new breed of high value, enterprise change management software technologies that dramatically simplify provisioning and optimization of telecommunications, cellular and data communications resources in corporations.

The scope and functionality of IQ Labs software makes it applicable to enterprises worldwide. By stating required resources in the context of the workforce, IQ Labs products enable enterprises to create a software profile (Digital Profile) of communications resources used by their employees and then manage the provisioning of these resources in a simplified and automated fashion.
