Symphony Consulting, Inc. was established to help companies set-up their supply chain programs with a strategic, long-term focus in mind, rather than continuous reaction and firefighting. The company's mission is to provide strategic supply chain and materials services/expertise to high technology companies in order to meet the following financial and operational goals:

1. Enhanced revenue potential through supply assurance
2. Increased profitability through structured, consistent, and aggressive approach towards total cost reduction and management (price, cost of acquisition)
3. Reduced inventory investment through optimized inventory management programs

Symphony's value proposition is not about recommending a solution in the traditional consulting sense. Its value is delivered by working in tandem with various functions within a company (e.g. product development, marketing, product management, finance) and implementing the solutions to meet its client's financial and operational goals. Symphony is not a supply chain software company and is best suited for companies with a hardware product.
