Afshin Cangarlu brings over 12 years of experience in managing, consulting and developing high tech, leading-edge software applications in a variety of businesses including entertainment, transportation, membership services, manufacturing, financials and government. Prior to joining XCare.net, Mr. Cangarlu served as the CIO of DreamWorks SKG Information Technology organization, where he designed and implemented business applications supporting all divisions of the company. In less than five years, his team implemented over 40 business systems ranging from the companyÕs intranet, to accounting and financials, to theatrical distribution systems. Prior to DreamWorks, Afshin was the Vice President of Services for the consulting firm CompuFlex International. As an executive consultant, he managed several teams who were responsible for designing and developing large-scale client/server applications. He has a B.S. degree in Computer Science and continued education towards MBA from California State University of Los Angeles.
