Farhad Kashani Senior Vice President of Operations Farhad Kashani comes to CacheFlow from Plantronics, Inc. the worldwide leader in headset manufacturing, where he was the Senior Vice President of Operations in charge of worldwide manufacturing, service and distribution. He was instrumental in elevating Plantronics from number 20 to number 10 in Silicon Valley's TOP 150 companies in the" income as the percentage of sales" category. Before joining Plantronics, Kashani was the Vice President of Operations of Wyse Technology, the leading computer terminal company. Before joining Wyse, Kashani was with Convergent/Unisys in various quality management positions.

Kashani is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Reliability Engineering (CRE) and Quality Engineering (CQE) and has taught these subjects in various institutions. Kashani holds a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Pahlavi (Shiraz) University and a Master of Business Administration from the Iran Center for Management Studies, an affiliate of the Harvard Business School in Iran.
