Reporting to CEO, Medi Amadi manages client relations, business development, marketing, sales and operations of Westt Consulting. Creator of a new vision in the software industry space: WRM (Workforce Relationship Management). Head of the Westt Consulting Leadership Team, Medi has 20 years experience in corporate management and consulting, in financial and telecommunications industries. Wide range of experience working in numerous departments in large organizations, with concentration in operations management and technology. He works closely with clients management and staff using his skills in strategic planning and project management to help clients quickly implement business solutions.

Upon graduating from college, Medi joined Bank of Americas Productivity Management Organization as a management consultant. In 1981, he was hired into Operations Management as a Direct Management Hireat Pacific Bell in San Francisco. At Pacific Bell, he held management positions in several major departments including Operations, Marketing, Marketing Regulatory, Financial Management, Engineering and Systems Technology, for 14 years. Then in mid nineties he established two Internet start-up companies. Prior to joining Westt Consulting, Medi directed the establishment and growth of San Francisco, Seattle and Northwest regional consulting practices for InfoGain Corp, an IT Consulting firm in Silicon Valley. For the last two decades Medi has led and served on the board of directors of several professional organizations in the Bay Area. He holds a BS degree from University of California Berkeley in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, and MS degree from Stanford University in Engineering Management.
