COMMUNICATIONS JOINS NATIONAL CONVERGENCE ALLIANCE
FREMONT, Calif., June 12, 2001 - Centillium Communications,
Inc. [Nasdaq: CTLM], innovator of broadband communications technology,
announced today that it has joined the National Convergence Alliance
(NCA). The NCA is an industry alliance of product and service vendors
committed to promoting the deployment of convergence technologies.

NCA fills a gap in our industry, providing a forum where equipment
and service providers can discuss their customers' needs, and educate
providers and enterprises about the benefits of convergence," said

Conference & Expo, to further promote convergence issues and technology.
